I finally caught up with all your posts. My life has been very hectic what with trying to make a living and looking for writing work as well.
You write very well. I can understand your frustrations with subject matter like religion. So frustrating when you want to come to independent conclusions but they've already decided what you should be thinking.
May I suggest placing the occasional image between text now and then. That's what I was taught in blog-writing class anyway. Blogs are like magazines and work better with images. They can be your own photos (the best) or anything you find on the internet.
Today is the first day I have not gone to college in the last 2 years, and it feels strange. I got freelance work with a medical tourist agency in India writing blog posts for people who might want to travel to foreign countries to get medical attention at a cheaper price - Americans mostly, because they have the most dysfunctional medical system in the western world. Flying to India for an operation is cheaper than paying for it in the United States.
My life has been changed. I have a much better sense of discipline and planning and organization. I'm sure it will work out for you too.
